Founder
Morgan Debs, FNP-C, DNP
Morgan Debs is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Baylor University. After gaining valuable experience as a telemetry nurse, Morgan went on to get her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona. She was accepted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and her dissertation Celiac Disease Diagnosis Among Primary Care Providers: A Quality Improvement Project was requested for submission to the Sigma Repository for dissemination to other nurses and NPs. She has also been a preceptor for fellow NP students. Morgan enjoys presenting and has presented for the Texas Chapter of Orthopedic Physician Assistants (TCOPA). She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners organizations.
Morgan has a deep appreciation for both the art and science of aesthetic injections. Her meticulous attention to detail and artistic eye allow her to deliver results that are not only stunning but also natural. She believes in the importance of comprehensive treatment plans that address all aspects of facial rejuvenation. By evaluating each client's unique facial structure and concerns, Morgan creates personalized plans that may include a combination of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, medical grade skincare regimens and other advanced treatments. This thorough approach ensures balanced, harmonious results that enhance every feature.
Morgan also has a special passion for functional and integrative medicine and is committed to uncovering the root causes of health issues to foster true healing and well-being. She is trained in hormone replacement therapy, including BioTE, and enjoys helping men and women achieve relief from hormonal symptoms. She is a proctor at BioTE’s corporate office in Irving, helping to train other providers in the BioTE method. She is also an aesthetics injector and loves helping her patients feel more confident in their own skin. She takes an individualistic approach and injects based on each patient’s unique facial features. She is an active listener and wants to make sure her patients personal desires are met.
Morgan's clients appreciate her sophisticated yet friendly demeanor, which makes every appointment a comfortable and positive experience. She takes the time to listen to their goals and concerns, providing thoughtful and informed recommendations. She encourages patients to be active participants in their health and is honored to come alongside them in meeting their goals both inside and out.
On days off, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, reading, exercising, playing mahjong and curating items for her home. She loves learning and is continuously seeking a broader medical knowledge base.
Dr. Gregory Caputy, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Gregory Caputy brings over three decades of expertise in the field of aesthetics, having supervised nurses, aestheticians, and junior doctors in laser, injecting, and surgical techniques. With a robust background as a cosmetic plastic surgeon for over twenty years, he has personally treated 24,000 patients, performing an impressive 12,000 surgical procedures.
Dr. Caputy's commitment to excellence extends beyond his clinical practice—he has served as the chief surgeon and co-owner of the Aesthetica Plastic and Laser Surgery Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and played a pivotal role in establishing Aesthetica Medispa, the first Medispa in Hawaii back in 1995. As a seasoned professional, he has also contributed significantly to medical education as the chief editor of plastic surgery for WebMD and Medscape for three decades.
Based in Colorado Springs for the past three years, Dr. Caputy continues to share his knowledge as an instructor for botox and filler injections across multiple states, demonstrating his dedication to advancing the field of aesthetic medicine.
